Portrait Session Information:

Studio Session Fee $150

On-Location Fee $200

Deerfield Park Session Fee $150

Session fees cover my time and talent and pre-consult (via email, phone or in person) and personal sales session or two weeks of online hosting of your images in a private, password protected gallery. Prints are sold separately. The session fee reserves your date and time and includes custom processing of images from session. Due to the great interest in booking sessions with us, all session fees must be paid when session is booked or session will not be held. Sessions last 1-2 hours and results in approximately 30 final edited images for you to purchase from. Newborn sessions last up to 3 hours.

Mini Session specials (when available) are 30 minutes in the studio and result in 8-12 finished images for you to choose from. Mini sessions are not suitable for babies that are not able to sit unassisted or for those looking for a variety of poses or multiple backgrounds or outfits. Mini sessions are for one individual. $25 for each additional individual. Cannot be combined with other offers or specials.

All images are individually retouched, enhanced & color balanced by me and printed on the finest of archival photo papers by our professional lab. Images 11x14 and larger are mounted and sprayed with a luster coating to resist fingerprints, humidity and environmental damage. Because of the time involved in individually processing and enhancing photographs, please expect 2-3 weeks before they are processed!

Traditional portrait collections start at $375 and provide you with significant savings over a la cart pricing. Digital Files may be purchased individually or as a collection. Due to the nature of custom photography, which requires planning and careful editing of each photo, I take a limited amount of sessions each month in order to spend the time I need on each client. Therefore we require a minimum purchase of $250, not including session fee.

Custom gallery wrapped canvas, beautiful leather albums of all shapes and sizes, signature session boxed sets and collages are available. We are happy to carry Organic Bloom frames for our clients! Please see some samples in the studio, we love them!

**Specialty Package Sessions**

**Bellies and Babies Basic Session

$350 (session fees included)

This includes a one hour maternity session and a newborn session, and a 20 image spiral brag book! Maternity sessions can be booked for any time, but the best time is around 32-36 weeks. Newborn sessions are best booked as young as possible. It is advised that you book this session while you are pregnant to get on the photography schedule. The session can then be moved up or back depending on the arrival of your baby. Newborns tend to do best photographed before two weeks of age so keep that in mind when booking. Newborn sessions can take 2 - 3 hours. The younger the baby, the better the session tends to go! In addition they change so much during those first days! $250 minimum investment for each session applies.

**Bellies and Babies Boutique Session

$800 (session fees included)

This includes both a maternity session and newborn sessions, a Modern 8x8 Leather Album of 20 5x7 images and a custom designed 10x20 storyboard/collage (you may use photographs from each session to complete your album and storyboard). Maternity session in this package is 1 hour and newborn session can take 2 - 3 hours.

**1st Birthday Cake Smash Session

$250 (session fee included)

Includes a session at one year of age. Your baby will be photographed digging in to his or her very own birthday cake! Session fee includes cake, and a 20 image spiral brag book!

**Referral Program**

We our clients and we love referrals! For every new client you refer who books a full, regular session with us you and your referral will each receive one complementary 8x10!

Other Information

These prices are only available for a limited time and can change at any time. Once your appointment has been secured by a deposit, the quoted prices are locked and will not go up. Session fee is due at the time of booking. Session fees are nonrefundable but they are transferable. Session fee refunds will only be made for inclement weather at the date and time of the shoot or from any cancellations made by the photographer due to unexpected circumstances, otherwise no refunds will be given and the portrait sitting must be rescheduled. Contact for fees regarding travel distances further than 60 miles.

Because of the popularity of our photography we are sorry that we cannot hold any session dates/times without a session fee. You are not considered booked unless your session fee is paid. It's highly recommended that you pay your session fee as soon as you book to secure your date. It's also recommended you contact the studio to book your session up to two months in advance to get your preferred time!

Please allow 2-3 weeks for editing. Online gallery will be available for 14 days. Additional hosting time is available for a fee. Payment is due at the time of order. Please allow 10-15 business days for photographs to be ready. Other products may take longer. Order must be paid in full before any product orders are placed through the labs.

Linda Hawkins Photography accepts payments in cash, check or credit card payments are easily made through Paypal. RI Sales Tax will be added to all product orders.

All photography by Linda Hawkins Photography is protected from copying, scanning, downloading or reproduction of any kind under Federal Law. It is against the law to copy or use or reproduce any images on my blog or website or copy or scan any prints purchased from Linda Hawkins Photography unless permission is granted by me in writing. Photographs taken by Linda Hawkins Photography are owned by the photographer and may be used by Linda Hawkins Photography for promotional purposes.

Clients who purchase digital files (CD) do receive a usage license in writing that allows them to print the photographs in whatever size or as many times as they desire. Rights to images are valuable property and are priced accordingly.

Because photographs are custom work, orders are not refundable or returnable or exchangeable so please check your order carefully. Printing mistakes made on the part of the studio or the lab will be corrected.

We love our clients and we want you to be in love with your photographs! If for any reason you do not, we will do whatever it takes to do that! Fine portraiture is an investment and it should bring you happiness for a lifetime! We are so confident that you'll love your photographs, but if you do not we'll reshoot your session or refund your money!
